QQQ is an Exchange
Traded Fund (ETF) that tracks the performance of the Nasdaq-100 Index. The Index includes 100 of the
largest domestic and international non-financial technology companies (computer hardware and software,
telecommunications, retail/wholesale trade and biotechnology) listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market based on
market capitalization. The ETF specifically excludes financial and investment companies. The Fund and the
Index are rebalanced quarterly and reconstituted annually. QQQ has become one of the most popular
exchange-traded products to be traded on the American stock exchange.
Our service uses a a combination of a mechanical system and a rules-based system. The indicators we
created for the mechanical system are specific algorithm scripts, each having settings and parameters
that are proprietary. The rules-based system has specific criteria that have to be met for assigning the
trading signals of QQQ.
Our Models
Members are provided
two models
: A Long/Short Model and a Long/Short/Cash Model. Individuals can select which model they would like
to use for trading.
Our Long/Short Model and Long/Short/Cash Model are designed to fit your risk tolerance and frequency of
trading. The Long/Short Model produces about +10 signals per year, while the Long/Short/Cash Model
produces about +15 signals per year.
Performance of our Long/Short Model and Long/Short/Cash Model

for the Long/Short Model, and +4.26%

Both systems — (1) Long/Short & Long/Short/Cash Models, and (2) Aggressive & Moderate Models were
running simultaneously in Year 2024. We decided to end the Aggressive and Moderate Models at the end of
Year 2024, and continue with the Long/Short & Long/Short/Cash Models. Through extensive backtesting, the
Long/Short & Long/Short/Cash Models are producing higher returns using the new and improved mechanical
rules-based system.
Performance of our Aggressive and Moderate Models (Ending December 31,
2024)
Our compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) ranged from +16% to +23% depending on the selected model
(aggressive or moderate). A member who traded using our Aggressive Model and started with $100,000 on
January 1, 2005 to the end of 2024, would have increased their savings to $6,186,588. For the same time
period, the buy-and-hold strategy of investing would have only increased to $1,412,776.
We expect to see higher returns using the Long/Short & Long/Short/Cash Models.
